Controllers that were purchased within the past 2 years are repaired free of charge under warranty. Older controllers will be repaired for a fee after the customer's approval.

After finding a fault, please download the service note and complete this in detail. Now send the controller to the headquarters in Stuttgart (see note). As soon as we have the controller, you will get a confirmation. In the event of a claim under warranty (the warranty is usually 2 years), the controller will be repaired and returned free of charge. If an invoice is raised, the customer must first approve the repair. In this case, we will contact you.
