measurement and control units in Stuttgart. Our standard programme alone
comprises a product line reaching from simple thermostat regulators to
complex and complete interface control systems, which fulfil all and any
installation and operation comfort one can think of. Innovative
technology and reliability combined with an extensive application
know-how set the basis for our good reputation and places Störk-Tronic
among the leading providers of compatible and ready-to-plug-in

Certification according to ISO 9000:2001

Since august 2004 Störk-Tronic is certified according to the guidelines of
ISO 9001:2000.
The process was realised by the
TÜV Management Service GmbH, a generally recognised institution.
We look on this certification not as the end of a process but as starting signal for further continuous work to improve
our organisation set-ups and quality of our products. With the maintenance and improving of our Quality Management System
we want to meet the permanently changing demands and developments of our global industry.

Research and development takes a special position at Störk-Tronic.
Potential development and quality safeguarding investments enable
us to maintain offering innovative products of highest quality and
functionality to our customers, products that will prove
themselves in the future, too. Our production plant, by the way,
is situated within our headquarters in Stuttgart, just like the
research and development department.

Controllers for commercial cooling
|

|
|
Ready-to-plug-in controllers for cooling counters baring power
outputs for compressor, defroster and an electronically regulated
ventilator. Option for real-time clock, humidity regulation,
satellite display, LON-interface and further special features.

ST181/182
|
|
Control units for small cooling counters and high-grade steel
cooling equipment ready-to-plug-in. Four power outputs,
16 A switching capacity each and an optional control for the number of
revolutions of the ventilator. The temperature sensors are already
pre-fabricated with the respective connections.

Controllers for cooling machines

Differential temperature controller
|
|
A control unit for universal application with regard to regulation
of temperature difference with additional alarm exit. The
combination with auto-tuning PID regulation provides exact
temperature control by valve and/or bypass gears.

Six-stage controller
|
|
With this controller, six compressors or alternatively to two or
three groups of compressors can be directed by bypass circuits.
Further options: synchronisation timing, pressure sensor port,
various different gas sensor lines with temperature conversion and
run-time memory.

PID-Universal controller
|
|
Two- or three-point controllers with alarm exit or two- or three-
stage controllers can be programmed with three freely parametric
exit contacts. Beside the usual temperature sensors, analogue standard
signals can be used as well.

Control module TRM
|
|
Depending on application, this control block, equally suitable for
small and mid-size machines, is equipped with the respective
analogue and digital input and output cards. Operation and
indicator modules can be connected via interface.

Controllers for medical engineering

Customized control units
|
|
Modern medical instruments almost always require customized
control units. The alphanumeric and graphic control facilitating
multilingual programming, is state of the art. For hygiene
reasons, the unit is fully covered with foil. With regard to
controlling, extensive possibilities of analogue and digital
techniques are, of course, provided as well as the cross-linking
of the devices for data recording and monitoring.

The two shown, customized controllers for the food industry are
just an example for many similar developments in this field. To be
stressed are their robustness and simple operability and the
nonetheless well legible displays. Depending on application, the
control panels can also be designed to customer's need. Sometimes,
however, standardised Störk-Tronic control modules can be employed.

Ready-to-plug-in units for the regulation of large-scale catering
equipment are part of our standard programme. Apart from data
recording and remote supervision, the optional interface of these
units additionally offers the employment of energy management
systems.

This customized control unit fulfills all requirements for modern
deep-frying. Automatic processes and control options for different
gas burners are just two examples for the high user comfort of
these devices.
