New hollow jet-wave soldering machine
The new EC-directive 2002/95/EG (RoHS directive, "Reduction of Hazardous Substances") will be enforced as from
July 1st, 2006. On the basis of this directive no more lead containing substances may be used in electrical or
electronic equipment.
Our new soldering machine of the company
"Kirsten Soldering AG" is used since October 2004. It enables us to use
lead-free solder to meet these new standards already today.

Certification according to ISO 9001:2000
Since august 2004 Störk-Tronic is certified according to the guidelines of ISO 9001:2000.
The process was realised by the
TÜV Management Service GmbH, a generally recognised institution.
We look on this certification not as the end of a process but as starting signal for further continuous work to improve
our organisation set-ups and quality of our products. With the maintenance and improving of our Quality Management System
we want to meet the permanently changing demands and developments of our global industry.

ST180
ST181 controller for cooling applications
The ST181 proves itself at simple technical cooling processes. The outputs for
compressor and ventilator are designed for high-performance, i.e. for the direct
motor capacity of max. 1 HP. As simple cooling units often tend to be very price
sensitive, the completeness of the regulation unit (no terminal box, no power
switch) together with its wiring guarantee an inexpensive few-minute-assembly.

ST182 controller for cooling applications with control for the number of revolutions of the DC ventilator and real-time clock
This ST182 is a genuine speciality for you: a cooling regulator with a 24V DC
revolution counting ventilator. The maximum ventilation is 6W, revolutions can
be reduced to 20% which results in a minimal air flow. Due to the galvanic
separation in the ST182 regulation unit, the low-voltage ventilator can also be
safely operated in a wet environment. The timer offers a regular weekly time
management.

ST181 hot counter control unit
Here it is, finally, the solution for hot counters you have been waiting for.
Extremely compact considering its high performance, this regulator is capable to
independently control up to four warm water baths by help of four 12A-contacts
and four temperature sensors. Inputs for float switches (switching or
capacitive measuring elements) provide an automatic water supply of the water
basin. There are additional keys and power outputs to control lighting and
infrared heating which are usually applied in connection with hot counters.

ST180 PID temperature controller
The multi-sensor input of the ST180 PID controller provides employment of all
usual temperature sensors or measurement indicators (0... 10V, 4...20mA). The
installed electronic power switch element is optimal for a fast and extremely
precise regulation - and this practically for an infinite duration. A
programmable second contact offers the possibility of alarm signals. Its
sensitivity for interlacing opens doors to remote control, remote input of
parameters and data logger functions. We therefore recommend the components of
our proven data logger system.

Data logger
PC software David V1.0x
Our data logger system offers a reliable storage of the measuring data in a
separate device. This data can be read, visualized and configured by means of
the PC software "David V1.0x".
This concept unites data security and easy handling with uncomplicated
cross-linking over our LON system.

TRL sensor module (data logger compatible)
- 8 universal sensor inputs (PTC, PT100, I, U,...)
- 2 digital inputs (Frequenz, PWM,...)
- buzzer
- alarm relay
- mains voltage 230 V AC
- Enclosure to IP66

Data logger TRL 1
Free PC software David V1.0x ("Daten visualisieren und dokumentieren" = visualize and document data)
The second generation of the new data loggers masters to register up
to 32 analogue channels (temperature, pressure...) with a measuring
interval of e.g. 15 minutes for at least 1 year. For the
registration of the switching status (relay, valves, limit values...) a
further 240 digital channels are available.
In connection with the PC software
David V1.0x
and a commercial modem (ISDN/analogue) it is possible to parameter, monitor
and visualize complex plants worldwide.
At present we are working on a SMS error detector,
transmitting critical plant conditions from the data logger TRL 1
via GSM. The latter obtains special importance with regard to maintenance
contracts guaranteeing prompt local service.
Our sample cooling regulation model introduces you to the advantages of
remote control. The data logger can be reached all day dialing
0049+(0)711-686 6189 (ISDN / analogue). After
installation of the free PC software, the password "9"
will give you full access to the - momentarily six - LON regulators.
NB: All users so far being unable to get access through internal ISDN card or
via telephone system, please download the file "modem.pdf"
onto your computer and follow the instructions.

EMC tests
Störk-Tronic examines its measuring -, controlling and regulation units with
regard to EMV compliance - and this not only since the introduction of the
EMV-CE regulations. We additionally rigged our test laboratory and are able
now to generate burst tensions of up to 4400 V in order to examine our
devices. Needless to say that the latter values clearly exceed the standard
norms. Our ultimate goal, however, is to attain the optimum EMV resistance
for our devices - regardless of all norms.
